Disclaimer:

The customers are responsible for assessing ground stability for delivery and obstructions such as, but not limited to: fences, trees, and ditches.
Yoders Woodworks is not responsible for any damages to yards, driveways or any underground utilities or pipelines.
Free delivery for a 1-trip, 50-mile radius. Additional miles and any additional trips are subject to delivery fees at the customer’s expense.
Free setup includes leveling (starting with one corner on the ground level) and up to 3′ with customer-supplied blocks.
Permits: Customers are responsible for any permits needed prior to placing an order. Customers are responsible for Homeowner Association rules and/or covenants and rights of way on the property, if applicable.
A relocation fee will apply if Yoders Woodworks and/or affiliates have to move the building for any reason.
Electrical: Buildings can be equipped with electric, which is wired to a national code. The amperage of the electrical breaker box will be based on the number of drops. Consult with a sales representative to determine which electrical package will accommodate the intended use of the building. Modifications to the electrical system after delivery will void the manufacturer’s warranty on the building.
Customers are responsible for a licensed electrician to connect the building to a power source per local codes.
Yoders Woodworks Buildings: Are for storage purposes and are not intended for habitation. Styles, features and/or colors displayed in marketing material may change without notice and may not be available. Ask a sales associate for details.
Building Measurements: All 8′, 10′, and 14′ wide buildings are measured from wall to wall. All 12′ and 16′ wide buildings are measured from eave to eave due to hauling restrictions.
